PLC Programming for Allen Bradley, ABB, Siemens and Omron

As we know PLCs are used in many industries and machines. Unlike general-purpose computers, the PLC is designed for multiple inputs and output arrangements, extended temperature ranges, immunity to electrical noise, and resistance to vibration and impact. A PLC is an example of a hard real time system since output results must be produced in response to input conditions within a limited time, otherwise unintended operation will result. PLCs are programmed using application software on personal computers, which now represent the logic in graphic form instead of character symbols.The programming software allows entry and editing of the ladder-style logic.

HMI (Human Machine Interface) Programming

Human-machine interface is the part of the machine that handles the Human-machine interaction. Membrane Switches, Rubber Keypads and Touchscreens are examples of that part of the Human Machine Interface which we can see and touch. The engineering of the human-machine interfaces is by considering ergonomics (Human Factors). The corresponding disciplines are Human Factors Engineering (HFE) and Usability Engineering (UE), which is part of Systems Engineering. Tools used for incorporating the human factors in the interface design are developed based on knowledge of computer science, such as computer graphics, operating systems, programming languages.

Troubleshooting and repairing - Oil Purifiers and Oil Regeneration Machines

Regeneration is the restoration of used oil to virgin oil (or better) specifications. Our optimized regeneration system uses dual banks of regeneration columns which provide for continuous operation of the system by regenerating oil in one bank while reactivating the media in the other bank. Regeneration is the greenest technology offered today and it is a revolution in the oil filtration industry where the resultant savings for the user in terms of investment and oil is enormous. We carry out a thorough study of the client's requirements, recommend solutions, create customized designs, implement the solution and even train personnel to operate and maintain the systems. Most importantly, we fully support them incorporating our system seamlessly into customer's existing infrastructure.

Control panels are built North American or European standards, depending on project location, and they are CERTIFIED by the appropriate authority. Certification ensures that the components used are quality parts, they are sized properly, and the workmanship is up to E-Oil Solutions standards.

Calibration of Instruments

Calibration is the process of evaluating and adjusting the accuracy of measurement equipment. Proper calibration of an instrument allows people to have a safe working environment and produce valid data for future reference. Instrument calibration is intended to eliminate or reduce bias in an instrument's readings over a range for all continuous values.

Precision is the degree to which repeated measurements under unchanged conditions show the same result.
Accuracy is the degree of closeness of measurements of a quantity to its actual true value.
